HANG SENG PROPERTIES AND HOLDINGS CORPORATION

    

Hang Seng Investment Corporation SL, a foreign company organized and existing under the laws of Madrid, Spain, was duly licensed by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on January 10, 2007 to establish its branch office in the Philippines under the name of HANG SENG INVESTMENT (PHILS.) CORP. (HSIPC).

The purpose of HSIPC which it intends to pursue in the transaction of its business in the Philippines is mainly to invest in real estate specifically in the purchase and transfer of condominium units through sale or lease, as well as administration, management, assignment, enjoyment, holding, and operation of the same.
 
Its affiliate, HANG SENG PROPERTIES AND HOLDINGS CORP. (HSPHC), is a domestic corporation duly licensed by the Commission on August 7, 2006. The primary purpose of which is to invest in, purchase, or otherwise acquire and own, develop, hold, use, sell, assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, exchange or dispose of real and personal property of every kind and description.
 
To date, both HSIPC and HSPHC, collectively referred to as the Company, boasts of ownership in prime commercial and residential developments in the Makati Central Business District, Fort Bonifacio Global City, in Metro Manila and its near outskirts, and continues to scout for the best investment prospects in the market to further boost the Company’s portfolio with the end in view of evolving into a full range property company.
